Free users receive up to 3 complimentary analyses. Results for free users are delivered via email. Once the free limit is reached, continued use requires an active paid membership.

The Penthouse membership provides unlimited analyses with on-screen results. Membership is billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, access reverts to free-tier limits at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Digital products that have been fully delivered may not be eligible for refund.
